Don't postpone fun! Each day, when you make your "to-do list," include taking some time to treat yourself to something fun. Don't wait! Don't say that when your children are grown up, when your house is paid off, when your weight is lighter, when your job situation changes, when you get a long vacation, when you have enough money, when . . . when. . . when. . . . Just stop making excuses and do it. You don't have to have a lot of money to enjoy life. There are inexpensive ways to enjoy life daily, such as calling a friend (as long as it's not an international call). Have a couple of your close friends over to your house and enjoy a great video over a cup of coffee, watch the sunset, read a funny book, or even just surf the internet. Be creative! Life is simple. It's not really what you have or how much money you have that's important, but it's mainly your positive outlook in life and the desire to make the best out of it. Learning to enjoy the simple, ordinary things in life every single day helps make your life more enjoyable.
